In year 2000 she established her own company for manufacturing men’s suits. The company grew within a few years, amounting to 850 employees and manufacturing 1,200 pieces of suits per day for world famous and established brands. She is specialized in the development of business strategies, organization of labour, methodology for labour standardization, technologies and distribution of resources, management of the human factor, measurement of labour efficiency, calculations and setting up motivational payment systems, employment and training of personnel, financial management of the company, calculation and pricing of products, negotiating and planning capacities with clients, complete planning of the production capacities of the company, expenditure norms and purchase of materials, preparation of contracts with clients, preparation of floor plans and investment plans, experience in preparing investment plans, and participation in European business projects. The practical training has been carried out together with proven consultants. During the period of 2008-2009, she studied the strategy of the Israeli group Goldratt called TOL - Theory of Limitations that examines how through finding and focusing on the limited places in and outside an organization, the profit can be multiplied without additional investments, risk, and time. He possesses practical experience in the production and control when orders for clothes are made for world famous brands. He has worked with CAD CAM systems for modelling and construction. Also, he has experience as the manager of a Cutting Department with a staff of 130 people. He is specialized in the development of business strategies, organization of labour, methodology for labour standardization, technologies and distribution of resources, management of the human factor, measurement of labour efficiency, calculations and setting up motivational payment systems, employment and training of personnel, financial management of the company, calculation and pricing of products, negotiating and planning capacities with clients, complete planning of the productions capacities of the company, expenditure norms and purchase of materials, preparation of contracts with clients.
